Transparency2024-2025 National Core Indicators (NCI) Survey
In-Person Surveys Are Available!
The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has contracted with State Council on Developmental Services (SCDD) to implement the upcoming National Core Indicator (NCI) In-Person Survey.
The core indicators are used across several states to assess the outcomes of services provided to individuals and families and address key areas such as employment, relationships, community inclusion, health and safety, and choice.
If you are 18 years of age and older and receive at least one service from Harbor Regional Center, the NCI In-Person Survey (IPS) is an opportunity for you to let your regional center and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) know what you think about your services.
The SCDD will contact you to schedule the interview at a time that works best for you. The survey is voluntary and your answers are confidential.
