Policies and major financial decisions are made by a volunteer Board of Trustees whose members include individuals with developmental disabilities, family members, and leaders in our community. Harbor Regional Center provides training and support for board members on a regular basis to facilitate their overall effectiveness in governance and oversight, as well as their understanding and participation in planning, policy making, and support for the accomplishment of the HRC mission.

2024 Meeting Schedule

Regular Business Meetings of the Board are held on the third Tuesday of the months of January, March, May, July, September and November beginning at 6:00 pm and are open to the public. 

In-Person meetings will resume for the months of May, July, September and November at the Torrance office in Conference Rooms A1/A2. Zoom will not be available for in-person meetings.  The Executive Office posts the complete board packet one week prior to each meeting.
