HRC offers free workshops and classes, facilitated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that teach caregivers about principles of behavior, teaching and reinforcing skills, and maintaining safety.

Increasing Independence

• How to help caregivers reduce prompts for task completion
• How to create opportunities for clients to practice skills more independently
• How to support client’s efforts to be more independent

Classes continue to be offered virtually; please contact your HRC Service Coordinator for session dates and to enroll. If translation is needed, please inform your Service Coordinator at the time of enrollment.
