TransparencyHarbor Early Start Partnership (Hesp) Annual Conference
The Harbor Early Start Partnership is comprised of the Family Resource Centers (Harbor Family Resource Center, Carolyn Kordich Family Resource Center, Long Beach Family Resource Center & the Southeast Family Resource Center) that serves the Harbor Regional Center catchment area. HESP hosts an annual conference with a speaker that focuses on topics for families with children ages 0-3 years old.
