Update on HRC’s Electronic Signature Option
For HRC Clients & Families
We would like to inform you that HRC will be replacing the current electronic signatures solution through a system called “DocuSign”. We made the change to DocuSign since it offers more features that will make it easier for the signature process. You will continue to have the option to print and save your documents.
We do understand that this system may not be ideal for all of our clients and families. Therefore, we will continue to mail out forms or drop them off with the necessary health precautions in place, as needed.
