Alternative Nonresidential Services Town Hall Series
DDS held a series of Zoom “Town Hall” presentations to provide information on the alternative nonresidential services option. DDS provided an overview and answered technical questions, concerns and recommendations for operationalizing the new model.

Certification of Alternate Nonresidential Services
Must be submitted via email to HRCCommunityServices@harborrc.org in order to bill for Alternative Services delivered beginning September 2020.
Alternative Services Engagement Log
- Must be completed for each vendor number providing alternative services. The Engagement log must be submitted to HRCCommunityServices@harborrc.org prior to October 16, 2020. This log will document provider engagement with clients/families related to Alternative Service Delivery. This log will also serve as provider notification to the regional center of client/family engagement and interest in Alternative Service Delivery. The Alternative Services Engagement Log must be sent via email in the Excel format. HRC will not accept printed, faxed, or mailed documents.
- The Alternative Services Engagement Log is an Excel sheet for each vendor number with current client authorization information. This information can be used to assist providers in completion of the Alternative Services Engagement Log.
Individual Service Plan
Prior to October 31, 2020, the provider must complete or review and amend as needed, an Individual Service Plan specifying the type and amount of Alternative Services to be provided to each client/family. Copies of the Individual Service Plan should be provided to clients/families and Service Coordinators.
