Community of Practice: Deep Dive

The Harbor Regional Center Community of Practice (CoP) is an opportunity to learn about person-centered thinking practices and the Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) quality standards through connection and community. For this in-person Deep Dive, we will focus on Choosing Where and How to Live (HCBS Requirement #2) and Tenant Rights (HCBS Requirement #6).
