On July 1, 2023, California’s Law on Social Recreation Services was amended to allow Regional Centers the ability to promote full inclusion and independence through social recreation services. Harbor is committed to ensuring broader access and inclusivity so that individuals receiving services and supports can lead the lives they want in the community. Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code §4688.22, Harbor Regional Center provided training to staff on February 13, 2025, February 14, 2025, and February 25, 2025.
