The Harbor Regional Center Performance Plan provides a performance baseline over the last several years, measures our improvement in achieving various desired outcomes, and identifies what we will continue to do in order to achieve these outcomes for the people we serve. Every year, Harbor Regional Center strives to improve on various outcomes and develop performance objectives through a public process that was established through Welfare & Institutions Code section 4629(c).
