As of April 29, 2025, Harbor Regional Center has been advised that the City of Long Beach will begin street construction at the intersection of Orange Avenue and San Antonio Drive in May 2025 due to utility repairs. Construction is anticipated to continue through August 2025.
Please be advised that street parking may not be available in the area. Our parking lot will remain open; however, it may be limited. Please plan accordingly if you have a scheduled class or appointment at our Long Beach office.
