Participants may make changes to the spending plan during the year. Participants may transfer up to 10 percent of the funds originally distributed to any budget category to another budget category. Transfers over 10 percent of the original amount allocated to any budget category may be made upon approval of the regional center or the participant’s IPP team.

Support is available to participants from their FMS provider, their regional center, and/or their planning team in making these changes.
