Yes, you may under certain circumstances. Any consultants, subcontractors or community resources must be identified on the vendor application and service/program design submitted to the vendoring regional center. Subcontracting is allowed where the unique needs of an individual can only be met by a licensed professional not available on program staff, and must be approved by the regional center, prior to the identified subcontractor providing services.
