Self-Advocates participate in the Client Advisory Committee (CAC), a group that provides input to Harbor Regional Center’s Board of Trustees. This committee meets several times throughout the year to discuss topics that may be important to individuals who receives services from Harbor Regional Center.
Members of this committee also learn leadership skills, and may serve in leadership positions such as Chair, Vice-Chair or Secretary every year during the CAC elections.
