Once a potential service provider has completed an approved program/service design (when applicable), submitted a complete and correct vendor packet, including all required insurance, to the vendoring regional center, the regional center has 45 days to review and approve vendorization. (Title 17, Sections 54320, 54322, 54380.  If an applicant submits and incomplete, regional center will notify applicant in writing of the missing documentation. The regional center will not move forward with the vendoring process until missing documentation is submitted.
