Parent Training in Behavior Management
The goal of parent training for behavior management is to help you help your child develop the behaviors he needs to get along in the world. The training focuses both on helping your child learn new behaviors that he is having a hard time learning and on reducing or eliminating undesirable or “challenging” behaviors.
Some of the classes cover general behavior management topics, while some focus on specific topics, such as toilet training or adaptive skills.
Classes are offered during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. Parent training in the home may also be orovided when needed to apply what parents learn in the classes.
