When an infant or toddler under the age of three years is referred to Harbor Regional Center, a Counselor from our Early Childhood Services Department will work with the family to obtain information and coordinate developmental assessments.
If through these assessments, the child is determined to have an eligible delay, established risk condition, or disability, the Counselor will work with the family to plan and coordinate early intervention services. To review eligible conditions for infants and toddlers, click here.
- Our brochure, Early Childhood Services at Harbor Regional Center, explains the services of the early childhood program, who should apply, and when to refer, and includes a printable form for referring agencies, physicians, hospitals etc, to Request an Intake Application.
