holidays are for sharing
you can make a difference for someone in need.

You, your friends, family, organization, club, or employee group can make a difference for a child or adult with a developmental disability who is in need this holiday season.  You can help in one of two ways:

click here for a printable flyer and response form.

Donate to the Harbor Help Fund
Your contribution will be used to purchase grocery or gift cards for a person or family in need. Send your tax deductable donation, payable to the Harbor Help Fund, to the Office of Information and Development (See address at left).

Participate in the HRC Adopt A Family Program
We will match you/your group with a person or family in need. You tell us the size of the family you are able to help in the South Bay, Harbor, Long Beach, or Bellflower/Southeast area. We will provide you with their holiday wish list. You then purchase new toys, clothes, gift cards, grocery cards or food baskets, etc.You can deliver the gifts yourself, or ask for our help with delivery.

Email us at the Office of Information and Development, or call us at (310) 543-0686 to support the Holidays Are For Sharing Program or for more information.
