While some Harbor Regional Services are tailored to meet the specific needs of infants and toddlers, children, or adults, other services may be appropriate for clients of all ages.

For individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages, and their families, Harbor Regional Center can provide diagnosis and evaluation,  information and referral, individual and family service planning,  family support, training, and assistance in finding and using community resources.   

Services which the regional center may provide for clients of all ages also include in-home support services, such as respite care, in-home nursing services or durable equipment, residential care in a licensed home, and transportation.

In-Home Support
In-home services and supports which may be provided for individuals with developmental disabilities, of any age, include respite care, nursing services, medical and adaptive equipment, and supplies.

Licensed Homes
Licensed homes provide supervised living arrangements for children or adults with developmental disabilities other than in the person's own home or the home of his family.

Transportation
HRC can assist our clients and families to access available transporation services from various generic resources and paratransit services. There are also some circumstances under which the regional center will purchase transportation.
