quality services and supports that help each individual live the most independent life possible

Harbor Regional Center's Vision Statement includes the following passages:

– Children with developmental disabilities live in families in typical communities. They attend neighborhood schools and play with neighborhood friends.

– Families are respected, supported, and seen as capable of making good decisions for their children.

Your counselor will work with you and your family to assess your child's needs and to determine which services are the most appropriate for your child.
