In our Mission Statement above, Harbor Regional Center describes itself as an agency that “makes things happen” for people with a developmental disability, and their families.  This particular phrase was chosen to reflect our commitment to being strong and active advocates for people and their families, to make sure that they have access to the services and supports they need to live their lives in the way that they choose.

Harbor Regional Center is committed to realizing positive outcomes for people with developmental disabilities.
