Who Is Eligible Regional centers serve people with developmental disabilities and their families, infants at risk for developmental disabilities, and pregnant women who are at risk for having a child with this type of disability.
Harbor Help Fund While our clients and their families receive a wide range of services and supports through the regional center, many often have additional needs that fall outside of our guidelines for purchasing or providing services.
Organizational Structure In 1965, the California Legislature determined that the best way to provide community-based services to citizens with developmental disabilities and their families was through partnerships with local private sector organizations.
